Pelin's passion for photography started at an early age, thanks to her mother who always had a camera in hand. Her interest in art continued through college when a friend introduced her to the darkroom. Despite an initial setback, she continued to explore photography while working in an international investment banking firm for nearly two decades. In 2010, she enrolled in a photography course to learn the fundamentals but soon realized she wanted to expand her skills beyond the course's scope.

Pelin's quest for knowledge led her to take advanced courses on long exposure and time-lapse techniques, which she now excels at. Beyond her own photography, Pelin has generously given her time to help translate for other Turkish photographers who participate in English-speaking Twitter Spaces.

Pelin's unique approach to street photography combines minimalism and elegance. She seeks out quiet, peaceful spaces to photograph, rather than crowded areas. Her photographs often feature architecture, with people serving as punctuation marks within the frame. Pelin believes her work helps to showcase the beauty in the world, which is often overlooked amidst the noise and stress of everyday life.

Regarding her foray into NFTs, Pelin explained that she was initially curious about cryptocurrency and was encouraged by colleagues to invest in it. However, it wasn't until she saw photographers on Instagram discussing NFTs that she became interested in the technology. Pelin believes that NFTs should be used to showcase something truly special and unique, rather than simply a good photograph.

"I think the key is to be curious and to never stop learning," she says.
