Catalonia Iconic food that won’t ever be missing on the table: Pa amb tomàquet. Basically, bread spread with juicy tomato meat. Add a little virgin olive oil, and… enjoy the most perfect moment. Cured cheese and acorn cured ham are its besties. The composition is all about them, this perfect trio. Still, I wanted to play a bit with “clichés” and added purple garlic and orange, ideally matching the colors of the composition.
