Detachment by Iris Ban

In today's world it seems that everyone is getting more disconnected and detached from their feelings and thoughts. This mannequin, halved in two, with the lower part being presented in the shopping window is a metaphor for our obsession with earthly pleasures. Such as sexuality, while the upper half where the heart (emotions) and the brain (thoughts) are in the back, almost as if they are less important.

In the end, we find out that fighting loneliness is more than just exposing our body, it's about being vulnerable and giving access to our soul.
