Harvest of Rose

Isparta is the province where the most rose products are produced in Turkey.

Roses begin to bloom in June.

Harvest starts early in the morning (before sunrise) and ends around 9 am.

For the quality of rose oil, it is good that the harvest is finished in cool weather.

The collected roses are transported to the factories. Oil is then obtained from roses in factories and these oils are exported to many countries of the world.

The local people here have been growing roses for about 100 years. It was a very enjoyable shooting day with the smell and color of roses.
