During my photography trips, luck about the weather forecast plays a big part in the result of my final images. Planning a trip 2 days before the date is one thing, but when you plan it weeks, or even months before, you never know what you will get. You can just expect. I’ve been in hard conditions and disappointed many times during my many travels, but not during this trip in Spain, where every morning and evening have been nothing but fantastic, like on this wonderful sunset which put the sky on fire at the last minute, while I spent the afternoon fighting against the wind, waiting for the tide to get lower and to be able to access the spot.
Take a seat, breathe deeply and let your imagination go. Imagine the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks, the song of some seagulls resonating from the steep cliffs, the smell of the sea salt brought to you by the wind. Imagine a fresh breeze stroking your cheeks and the thin sand running on your feet. Look up, admire the clouds moving, and feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.
