Lofoten Islands are a treasure hidden behind the endless mountain ranges. Remote villages and towns clustered through the seashore where winds are strong and fish aplenty. The islands’ views are breathtakingly beautiful: the place is where cold seas meet the mighty mountains.

Natalia is a multidisciplinary artist mainly working with photography, video and meta-physical installations. Coming from a mixed background, she researches the notion of home and its importance in the formation of self. She has an avid interest in cultural and anthropological studies. Her work revolves around the topics of memory, loss and belonging. Through her works she discusses evolution and decay of small knit-tight communities and the traces they leave behind.
