About this series

The project was carried out in the areas of Etna in Sicily. By altering the colors of the real landscape, the subject finds himself immersed in new unexplored worlds where the only concern is to take a Selfie.

Paolo Cremona

My name is Paolo Cremona. I am a Sicilian photographer who madly loves his own territory. My passion for photography started in 2010 when I was 16 and I was working in a photographic studio. I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania in Graphic Design and later in Fine Art Photography. During my career, photography was a way to express my thoughts. I have always sought innovation through photographic communication using tableux vivants or staged photography. I am fascinated by trying to create symbols. The subjects I am looking for are ordinary people who, through calls on social networks, respond to the participation proposal. States of Happening, active participation, photography, and digital art are contained in every one of my photographs. My projects have never been exhibited to the public and each project was made for an end in itself. In this new space, that of Web3, I hope to be able to continue my creative path and photographic innovation.
