African lions are one of the top predators on the African savanna. Cubs, like the one pictured here, will not begin to participate in hunts till they turn around “one”. Everything that we see at first is best and we got an opportunity to spend some time photographing a lion family during the first day of my trip. Seeing the cubs playing with a few other cubs and their parents is the best feeling ever. Sometimes, I completely skipped photographing and just enjoyed the moments as they were. There was a moment the cub jumped over the mum and stared at us for a while. The background was clean, and that gave me the perfect moment to capture.
