King of Beasts
Spending 16-20 hours of the day sleeping or resting, lions are the laziest of the big cats. They can be found lying on their backs with their feet up or taking a snooze up in a tree. they will become lazier when it is raining. It was a long wait in the rain waiting for some activity from them and finally blessed with this great shot of water splashes. It was one of the shots I wanted to photograph when I think about wildlife and I am happy I managed to get a decent one.
