$HOARFROST
A series of trees lined up in neat rows of pure white, covered with various types of hoarfrost. All were photographed in Nagano, Japan.
A hoarfrost is a phenomenon that transforms trees into pure white when a small frost forms on their branches in a world of foggy humidity and minus 15 degrees Celsius. The larch in particular is covered in hoarfrost, which accentuates certain beautiful winter patterns.
