About this series

Street photography has been my passion for many years now. What you can experience on the streets of a city is unimaginable.

This series celebrates the opposites as protagonists, united in the same photograph. Opposites meeting in the middle, both at the center of attention.

As the two faces of a medal, black and white meet here together to represent some of the contrasts we experience every day. They surreptitiously blend together into a grayscale creating a digital representation of up and down, left and right, in and out, dark and bright, old and new. In doing so, they come together to create their own stories, memories and special moments.

Originally from Milan, but currently based in Munich. The style of photography I shoot ranges from portraits, travel, wildlife, but mostly street photography. For the past 10 years I have been shooting daily to collect moments, because I want to remind myself to not forget the person I was, the people I’ve met, the places I’ve been, the smell, the sun on my skin, my feelings, a kiss and a hug, who loved me and who I loved. Photography is my personal time machine.

I am a storyteller and I believe in people, love and communication. These three ingredients often fit together perfectly to create something very unique; be part of my stories.
