“Frozen Tsomoriri by Nakul Sharma

One of my biggest dreams was to visit Ladakh in winter. Tsomoriri is one of the biggest lakes in the Ladakh region. At 4500m it's a pure beauty and also a challenge to shoot. Many years back I heard about the frozen lake of Ladakh and since then it became my dream to shoot it, so in early March of 2021 I planned a trip to this unique lake in the Himalayas.

It was -25 degrees and windy. The moment I stood on the frozen lake I realized that dreams come true and yes, this was one of the rare experiences of my life. My fingers were freezing and I could hear the sound of cracking ice on the lake. I was scared but didn’t give up till I got the shot I wanted. I looked for the leading line composition and after a long search, I found this one and loved these crack lines on the ice sheet. Such a great moment and a powerful one that made me realize that if you want something, go for it and don’t give up in front of your fears.

Nakul Sharma, Traveler and Photographer by profession, born and brought up in Delhi. He grew up infected by the travel bug and spends most of his time in traveling and photography. He has been Traveling since 2009, Exploring and experiencing the most Beautiful, Cultural and Adventurous places of the World.

I am living my dreams of traveling with my Camera that allows me to capture the Hidden and the most astonishing beauties of the World. With my grown up age I realized that my life is meant for “Traveling” and with passage of time I mixed it up with my Photography passion. My life is presented now in terms of composition, saturation, lenses, colors and travelog.

I believe in sharing my Travel experiences and explorations through my photos. For me in every Photo there is a Story to narrate; it must convey the strong message to the viewers. I click to define my all travelogs and promote to conserve “Nature and Culture heritage”. All these pictures are about varieties of Cultures, Places and people cohabiting in one BIG WORLD. I love to encourage the young generation to travel and live beyond their dreams. I always try to bring the Vista of Nature and Culture through my Lens.

I believe the only Difference between the Photographer and the common man is the way to see the world, an eye to see the beauty beyond normal things and expand the belief of what is Possible. For me Traveling and Photography simplify “the Freedom” it's like stripping down to just MYSELF.

We are proud to present to you The Landscapers Collective, the very first collective completely dedicated to landscape photography, featuring the most talented landscape photographers of the world and most promising artists of the whole NFT space.

We’ve spent a great time curating a team of 20 amazing talents who are now the founding members of this collective. With a goal to be as inclusive as possible, we’ve brought an equal share of women and men into this project. We also opened the doors for anyone interested to join us in our first project through a blind curation contest and will onboard more people over time.

Many countries, cultures, and languages are represented here, all teamed up around a common project: bringing to the world the best of our beautiful nature through our art.

We aren’t planning to drop a collection and disappear, as our goal is to make this collective, this community, bigger and bigger over time. Spaces, Discord groups, new collections, galleries, real-life meetings, and many more will be discussed between us to decide the future of the collective. We’ll do all of this by keeping our principle of inclusivity at the center of all our decisions.
